Do you need any help?
Which plan should I choose?
Our plans are geared to your needs and time of growth. We have tailored plans according to the moment of your project/initiative. However, you can use it according to your journey.
Starter: This plan is recommended for PoC and non-production environments such as homologation and development.
Business: The plan is recommended for small to medium-sized networks in a production environment serving most projects in production today.
Enterprise: The perfect plan for large networks and high-availability environments.
How do I configure my UAT network?
Our plans are all suitable for production environments; however, we recommend our customers use simpler networks for their development, approval, or acceptance environments (Starter) and plans with better characteristics (Business/Enterprise) for production environments.
For example, you can have a network in the Starter plan with 3 Nodes which could be your approval network (with limited names and participants), and have your production network in the Business plan, with all participants integrated.
On both networks, you can install your apps (Smart Contracts, ChainCode, CordApps). This way, after approving the application on the Approval network, you install the same application on the production network, maintaining your processes.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Our model works with plans that deliver specific features. So you can start your network with a Starter plan, for example, and a Standard support plan, and later create a Business network and request migration via support.
Your Starter network can even become your homologation/UAT network if you don't already have one.
Do I need to purchase a Support plan?
No. If you don't want to, you can continue without a support plan, using the FAQ, videos, and materials available for using the product. They cover all platform functionality as a self-service.
However, it is highly recommended that you have a support plan to resolve your queries faster and more assertively. Our analysts help you understand logs and common errors in deploys and guide you in the best practices for developing and using the platform.
How to migrate an UAT/Approval App to Production?
You can install your apps (Smart Contracts, ChainCode, CordApps) on all your networks.
This way, after approving the application on an Approval network, you can install it on the Production network while maintaining your processes/pipelines.
